Fabiani Cohen & Hall, LLP is a 29-attorney multifaceted insurance litigation law firm with its principal offices in New York City and a satellite office in Connecticut. Our practice is almost exclusively devoted to the representation of insureds, self-insureds, insurers and re-insurers. The firm provides counseling and litigation services to its domestic and international clientele on a nationwide scale, directly and through liaison counsel in other states. As relationships between insurers and their insureds and their reinsurers have become strained by economic realities, our years of experience in the insurance industry coupled with our skills as litigators have enabled us to provide excellent service to our clients in the most complex disputes.

All of the firm’s partners and associates are actively engaged in litigation. Among the firm’s fields of expertise are premises liability, industrial liability, construction litigation, professional liability, product liability and insurance-related litigation. We are known in the business as a trial firm that handles both matters transferred specifically for trial and cases referred from inception through trial and appeal. Five of the firm’s eight partners regularly try cases in State and Federal Court. These partners also provide direct oversight on all active matters.
