ATTORNEY:

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years experience in the field of insurance defense with a strong emphasis on construction and complex tort litigation.

Secretarial, paralegal and calendar support is provided for all attorneys.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR ATTORNEYS:

• Weekly litigation meetings addressing legal topics relevant to the practice and changes in the law.
• Access to a Senior Partner on all cases.

SECRETARY:

• Insurance defense litigation experience is a must. A minimum of 2 years experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Assignment to two attorneys
• Flexibility and sense of humor for this fast-paced environment is essential.
