Professional Experience
- Mr. Hall is actively involved in general litigation in all courts including civil trials
and appeals. His practice areas include construction acccidents and defects, insurance coverage,
products liability, sports law, commercial litigation, employment discrimination, liens and real estate. He is a frequent lecturer on a variety of topics related to the firm's practice, including the New York State Labor Law, wrongful death actions in New York, civil practice in the New York State Court of Claims, contractual indemnity and risk transfer, defending economic damages and the effective use of experts.
