Professional Experience

Ms. Toner is a member of the firm’s writing department. She prepares dispositive motion papers and handles all aspects of appellate practice, including drafting and opposing appellate briefs and motions, preparing records on appeal and appearing for oral argument. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Toner represented clients in state and federal litigation, arbitrations and mediations related to personal injury, negligence, product liability and commercial matters.
