Experience
Mr. Hall’s practice includes the supervision of ongoing civil litigation matters, providing legal counsel and taking significant cases to trial for the firm's clients including major real estate developers, regional and international contractors, local municipalities, public authorities and both domestic and UK based insurers. His focus is on defending catastrophic construction accidents, construction defects and property damage, contractual risk transfer and general commercial litigation. Mr. Hall is a frequent lecturer on a variety of topics related to the firm’s practice, including the New York State Labor Law, best practices for post-accident investigation, wrongful death actions in New York, civil practice in the New York State Court of Claims, contractual indemnity and risk transfer, defending economic damages and the effective use of experts.
