Experience
Ms. Nicholson has successfully represented corporate clients and state agencies in litigation involving construction, aviation, railroads, medical devices, industrial manufacturing, real estate, products liability and toxic torts. Before joining the firm, Ms. Nicholson was a Special Assistant Corporation Counsel in the New York City Law Department where she litigated cases commenced against the Department of Education under the Individuals with Disabilities Act.
