Professional Experience
Ms. MacPhail represents established businesses, municipalities, construction managers and owners in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, labor law and construction litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. MacPhail worked for a boutique trusts and estates firm, and specialized in resolving will contests as well as handling land use matters and real estate transactions. During law school, she interned in the areas of real estate, land use and environmental law, and served as a clinician for the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic, where she advocated for environmental interest groups in Article 78 actions to protect New York’s natural resources and waterways.
