Experience
Mr. Gormley has extensive experience in federal and state trial and appellate courts. His practice is focused on issues related to construction accident, aviation and product liability litigation. Over the years, Mr. Gormley has represented owners, general contractors and subcontractors in both state and federal courts in high-exposure construction site accident litigation arising from worksite accidents including those which fall under the ambit of the Labor Law. Mr. Gormley also represents airlines, airline service providers, airport authorities as well as product manufacturers, designers and distributors. He has defended numerous wrongful death, personal injury, product liability and cargo claims including those arising under the Warsaw and Montréal Conventions.
