Experience
Mr. Vevante is a member of the firm's writing department and he specializes in the drafting of substantive motions and appeals in complex construction site accidents involving the New York Labor Law as well as construction defect claims, premises liability actions and motor vehicle accidents. He has a wide range of experience handling appeals in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Vevante writes legal briefs and memoranda of law and engages in motion practice, oral argument and all aspects of appellate advocacy.
