Experience
Mr. Rothchild is the firm's Managing Partner. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm. He is also actively engaged in all areas of insurance defense litigation, including premises liability, construction law, personal injury and insurance coverage disputes. He handles all stages of litigation up to trial, including appeals. Mr. Rothchild was a former student law clerk to the Honorable Walter B. Tolub, Supreme Court, New York County, Civil Division.
