Experience

Ms. Eisner is a member of the firm's writing department and she specializes in the drafting of substantive motions and appeals. She has a wide range of experience handling appeals in both the public and private sectors. Ms. Eisner writes legal briefs and memoranda of law and engages in motion practice, oral argument and all aspects of appellate advocacy.
